Training Contract Reports

You can access reports listing your Training Contracts that are grouped by their status, or by actions that have been done on them in the last 7 days. These are in Excel format.

Click on the report name to view the report. When the report has displayed, you can select File - Save As from the browser's menu to save the report to your hard disk.

E-lodgement Reports

• Pending - Your TCs with a status of Pending as of today.
• AAC Pending - Your TCs with a status of AAC Pending as of today. (Note: This report lists the reasons why a TC is given an AAC Pending status)
• AAC Paper Copy - All outstanding records - Your TCs where DET has not received the paper copy. You can search for TCs with a specific lodgement date if required.

Other Reports

• Approvals for the last 7 days - Your TCs approved in the alst 7 days.
• Registrations for the last 7 days - Your TCs registered in the last 7 days.
• Transfers for the last 7 days - Your TCs transferred in the last 7 days.
• Completions for the last 7 days - Your TCs completed in the last 7 days.
• Cancellations for the last 7 days - Your TCs cancelled in the last 7 days.
• Suspensions for the last 7 days - Your TCs suspended in the last 7 days.
• Suspensions lifted in the last 7 days - Your TCs where suspension has been lifted in the last 7 days.
