Security for each AAC is restricted to read-only access.
You will only be able to retrieve details of training arrangements associated with your organisation.
Your login session to the Training Arrengement Enquiry site will automatically be terminated if you have not used it for 15 minutes. If this happens you will be asked to log in again.
Each AAC is given on User ID and Password. This account can be used concurrently by all staff at the centre.
In addition to a user account, each AAC is given a System Administrator User ID and Password. This account differs from the normal User ID in that it has a link in the header called "Admin". From this page, they will be able to change the passwor dassociated with the AAC's User ID.
For security reasons, the person with the System Administrator ID should be notified when a staff member leaves. The delegated System Administrator is the only person allowed to change the User ID. He or she is also responsible for notifying all the AAC staff members of the new password.
