If you are searching by TC ID, verify that you have the correct TC ID number.
If you are searching by First Name verify that the person is not entered into IVETS with more than one First Name. You can check this by adding a wildcard (%) to the person's first name, e.g. Michael%.
You will only be able to retrieve training arrangements that are associated with your organisation's NACs. To verify that the training arrangement is not associated with a different NAC, contact your DET ITSC.
